Here's the insight that most articles on the topic completely skip.

When you use generative AI as a development partner — not as a replacement, but as a productivity amplifier — the ratio between hours invested and value produced changes radically. This creates a positioning problem:

- Those who sell hours (agencies, traditional freelancers) watch prices drop.
